The notion of the trust administration has its origin in common law. In the specialized literature are found different opinions on the concept of trust administration. Some authors consider that the right notion would be trust management not trust administration, therefore, to identify the meaning of the term management, I consulted the DEX, which offers the following explanation:„The administration of the goods of an enterprise, institution or person; the responsibility of keeping the goods and managing the funds of an enterprise, institution or person; all the operations on the receiving, keeping and release of the material goods belonging to someone else; (concr.) the totality of goods entrusted to someone in order to manage them.” The notion of administration based on the DEX assume to lead, rule, manage and enterprise, institution, organization etc.
