This study will present the updated elements of the concept of normative-legal act will describe the theoretical and practical importance of the notion of normative-legal act in such a combination of words and explain the consequences of non-compliance with such requirements. The need of such treatment a theme based on the fact that the right is not fully using the correct terms can not be executed because its application process creates doubts, discussions, legal uncertainty. |
