The efficiency of road safety system management from the Republic of Moldova depends directly on the level of compliance of policies and road safety strategies to the European standards, on the basis of which have been identified the following objectives for the 2010-2020 years: improvement of road users’ education and instruction level; strengthening of road rules application control; a safer road infrastructure; safer vehicles; promotion of modern technologies for the road safety improvement; optimization of post-traumatic and emergency services’ quality; protection of vulnerable road users. |
