| Rezumat | ||||||
One of the efficient and legal condition of the local public authorities’ activity is the correct application of legal norms in their activity. According to art. 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, local public authorities work on the basis of the autonomy principle and descentralization of local public services. Therefore, any control carried out over their activity should be stipulated by legal acts not to affect the principle of local autonomy. In the present paper, we analyze the forms of the administrative control over local public authorities’ activity. |
