We were taught to belive that we can touch the perfection in any field, as long as we „work” to achive this thing. We were taught to believe about our career the same and obviously, everyone wants a succesfull career. Anyway, facing a career opportunites, romanian young boys and girls are more and, varied, in many cases, the man criteria to take a choos is about material earning and about the myths which are known concerning this professional area. Career planning is not an activity that should be done once – in high school or college – and then left behind as we move forward in our jobs and careers. Career planning should be a rewarding and positive experience. Career planning should properly occur throughout an individual's working life, not solely at the beginning of the career, or at crisis points such as when a job is lost. She is not a hard activity, but we need to make a lot of effort. |
