Rezumat | ||||||
At any time, society is divided into several generations that have to coexist in everyday life and collaborate in professional activity. The worst job that is placed on managers' shoulders is to create a favorable working environment for very different generations. At the same time, managers have to take into account the employees' preferences, according to their distinctive features. Generations Y and Z, although at first sight appear to be quite difficult, are in fact a valuable resource for any company if they are properly valued and capitalized. |
