In this paper we have tried to describe and analyze the stages of the recruitment and selection process, such as efficient and modern methods and techniques used in the recruitment and selection of human resources in Moldovan enterprises with foreign capital. An essential condition for the establishment and operation of an organization is the permanent assurance of the workforce for the employment of different positions, which has led to the elaboration of specialized methods for the recruitment and selection of personnel, which is an important part of the human resources management. In conclusion, we mention that Enterprises with Foreign Capital have well organized recruitment and selection process using modern methods in this regard. |
