Rezumat | ||||||
The article analyzes the dynamics of the labor force and the mobility of the employees on the territory of the Republic of Moldova for the period 2014-2017. Satisfaction of the labor force or labor resourses includes a large number of indicators that characterize the distribution of the population after participation in the economic activity, the population occupies on the types of economic activities and the distribution and mobility of the employees, the share of women that was analyzed in the given study. This issue is present, because the labor movement in the Republic of Moldova is at a very high level, because of this there arise problems related to the employment of the dismissal of the employees, including in the territorial aspect. Research has led to conclusions, which, in our opinion, attribute to the improvement of the labor and movement policy on the territory of the Republic of Moldova |
