Rezumat

The process of adaptation among young specialists has become an important part of the education system. Parallel to the contemporary challenges and approaches in the general education system, focusing on the needs of modernizing the educational process at all levels of general education, as well as connecting the national educational context to international and priority policies, to the needs of the generation current pupils, there is a decrease in the number of people working in the educational field, the leaving of the school by young teachers in the first years of activity, the confrontation with the emotional and stressful state of the young specialists at the beginning of their professional career. In this respect, it is important to constantly support the debutants by improving working conditions, helping to diminish stressful factors by providing assistance from mentors, strengthening the value of professional training, and making the most of the professional skills of debut teachers. In the context, it increases the necessity of developing the system of pedagogical values, increases the requirements for justification of successful pedagogical experience and national promotion of good practices in the education of the young generation of students, the need to attract young specialists into the educational system, adaptation, assertion and socio-professional integration of debutants, etc. The measures taken to the maximum for the debut teachers will contribute to the optimization of the adaptation process and to the improvement of the integration in the educational space more efficient.
