The volume La confession d'une âme fausse by Ilarie Voronca was published at Éditions du Méridien publishing house in 1942 at Rodez, during the period when the writer was living in France. This volume contains a number of twelve short stories inscribed with Roman numbers. Even from the beginning of the volume the reader comes into contact with Voronca’s full of mistery universe. Within these twelve chapters magic elements which belong to the inner world of man coalesce, man himself is a small universe within the infinite universe pertaining to God. This time we have in the forefront the human soul itself, together with its restlessness, obsessiones, fears, all tryning to be blocked out by another soul. |
