In this paper two ways of literary interference are examined (the artistic translation and the critical interpretation) through which the Russian writer Iuri Kojevnikov promoted the Romanian letters in the Russian cultural space in the second half of the XX-th century. The main efforts of the poetry’s translation were directed to the literary works that belong to classical writers Mihai Eminescu, George Bacovia and Lucian Blaga. The most valuable acts of critical interpretation concern with Eminescu’s literary treasure and creation of illustrious Mihail Sadoveanu’s prose. The impressive successes obtained by I. Kojevnikov in the fields we analyze are due to the fact that his greatness embodies poetic virtues (he is the author of a book of poetry) and the innate vocation of the literary researcher. |
