In this article I intend to communicate about the different types of Speech, especially the Speech about the Other which is studied by Imagology. It is proposed a series of definitions of the concept elaborated by some Romanian and universal theorists. The other types of discourse that outline the imagological discourse, namely, the identity discourse, the religious discourse, the institutionalized discourse, the discourse of the otherness are also reviewed. Imagological discourse involves forms of manifestation resulting in discourse of xenophobia, xenophilia and xenomania. |
