Our approach aims to present arguments from a logical and pragmatic perspective, to illustrate the types of arguments (facts-based agendas, arguments based on examples, arguments based on authority, arguments based on analogy ) and to address the argumentative strategies.The argumentation requires an effective presentation that would impresses the audience's conscience by guiding the spirit in a certain way, by inserting the elements of agreement into a framework that will make them significant and give them their place.The argumentative finality is ensured by the interpenetration of three levels of order that can prefigure the discursive performance of the argumentation: the order (the argument is built on its syntactic dimension);the ideative order (the discourse understood as a system of meanings that move the whole problem conveyed);the rhetorical order (argumentative discourse understood as a system of means by which the expressiveness and the beauty of the ideas are ensured).
