Functional illiteracy is a concept that refers to people who know how to read, but they do not understand what they have read. More specifically, a person can reproduce verbally or in writing a text but does not understand enough to use it as a resource in the success of an action or performance. In this context, the e-learning system could lead to considerable changes in this state of affairs, especially in terms of its interactive feature, involving a multitude of distance learning / assimilation programs, through an efficient communication process which implies the involvement of people with considerable skills and experience in the field, so that they can adapt to the various dysfunctions / needs / needs that are at the practical level. |
