The ITMI mapping population of bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) obtained by crossing of spring wheat cultivar Opata 85 with W7984, a synthetic hexaploid wheat, created by hybridization of Triticum tauschii (Coss.) Schmahlh. [syn. Aegilops tauschii Coss., Aegilops squarrosa auct. non L.] (accession CIGM86.940, DD) and tetraploid wheat cultivar Altar 84 (AABB), was growing using different nitrogen applications (with and without application of nitrogen fertilizer). In total 94 QTL (quantitative trait loci) were identified and located on different chromosomes. The phenotypic variability determined by each of revealed QTL was determined. Furthermore, significant correlations were detected between determined loci, and on basis of threshold value of logarithm of odds of LOD-score. The complex estimation of compared average quantities on nitrogen doses was examined by variance analysis with calculation of parameters of determinant variations. The coefficients of correlation permit to determine a character adjoined correlation between determinants and the supply of nitrogen. |
