Rezumat | ||||||
The school, through its mission of personality-forming institution, together with the mission to send students information and a solid knowledge bag, is a priority environment for starting and implementing inclusive policy. Together with children in mainstream schools, another category of children, namely those with special needs or needs (SEN), is growing and developing. Each child presents individual and environmental features, characteristics that require a personalized assessment and approach. Their inclusion, social integration and education require solidarity between institutions and people, compassion, unconditional respect for the human person and non-discrimination. the school integration of children with SEN allows, under the careful guidance of the teachers, the correct perception and understanding by the normal students of the problem and the potential of relation and participation in the community life of their peers who, for reasons independent of their will, need a differentiated approach of the process of education and education in the school and of certain facilities for their access and participation in the services offered within the community. |
