Fairy tales remain the most pleasant read for children because the story uses their limitless imagination. By reading fairy tales, children get representations and notions of justice, honor, courage, bravery, perseverance, diligence. Children identify with the heroes of fairy tales in the imagination field. The child stays in his "liliputan" universe, but at the same time he sees himself as a winner in a condensed time that no longer depends on the time he lives in. And he will be subject to some trials he will seek to overcome with courage, wisdom, and will. The imaginary world makes children identify with others and see themselves in accordance with their role models. |
