The article includes the results of experiments on the cultivation of 1-3 year old seedlings of Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng in a seeded way in the closed soil of a decorative nursery. Such growth provides intensive growth of planting material of the species. In this case, first-year-old seedlings grow to 17-48 cm, two-year-old grow to 40.0-112.0 cm, and threeyearold ones grow up to 65.0-162 cm. The main directions of using Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng are planting stock in Ukraine in the coming years there will be a silvicultural production, landscaping of settlements, landscape architecture and afforestation of the devastated landscapes. |
