The article presents the results of studies of the influence of SBA Reglalg and Verbascozid preparations, as well as various storage methods: CA (controlled atmosphere) and FItomag (an inhibitor of synthesis ethylene) on the change in the content of pectic substances in pear fruits of the Noyabrskaya and Vistavochnaia. Under different storage conditions, the degree of change of polysaccharides was determined, which are an indicator of the quality and keeping of fruits. |
