Rezumat

Biopesticides are mass-produced, biologically based agents used for the control of plant pests. In order to reduce the population of insect it is recommended utilization inofensive preparations baculoviruses highly-pathogenic for the leaf-champing of the H.cunea, were selected from the insect natural populations. This study aimed to highlight new agents for biological control of pest. Improvement of the identification, using 4 restrictional restrictase, methods of the NPV, the selection of 2 new baculoviruses strains, the elaboration of the original technological procedures of the viral biomass production and original formulations has been contributed not only to appearance of new knowledge's about baculoviruses, but also had a substantial influence on the plant protection and on general ecological situation at the Republic of Moldova. The results of the present study revealed the larvicidal potential of baculovirusess isolates found in the larvae of H.cunea, local production of biopesticides, which will reduce the final cost of the product and will more accessible to farmer.
