Rezumat

The starting point in the beginning of the experimental research was the results of the theoretical and conceptual foundation of the valorisation of the relational competence, following the elucidation of the specifics of the social interactions through communication in the activity of the social pedagogues. The research experimental approach presents the results of the assessment of the initial training level of the competency of social pedagogical relations within the university studies at the specialty "Social Pedagogy" and the activities carried out in order to ensure the valorisation of this competence through university training at the training sessions within the seminar as a form of academic education.
