This article is seted to examine the integrant components of the offences committed on the stock market. There are analyzed the application state of the penal responsibility concerning the abuses in time of securities emit (art.245 PC RM), the frauds involving the participants performing on the stock market (art.2451 PC EM), the law violation while registering in the securities holder book (art.2452 PC RM). In the same time, are pointed out the differences and the similarities between the named offences. Are established the delimitation criteria between the offences, committed on the stock market. The interfacing administrative contraventions are assigned as well. The conclusions and the recommen-dation, undergone on this investigation, are pleading for immediate certification improvement of the responsibility con-cerning the criminal acts prevented at art.245, 2451, 2452 PC RM.
