Under liberal medical practice conditions, which are directed towards insuring the person’s health, the biomedical activities get a large content. One of those conditions is the act of withdrawing and transplant of the human organs and tissues. „De lege lata”, those are subordinated to some limiting conditions which ensure the legality of transplant and withdraw. Revealing the corroborate conditions with the existing reality, especially the phenomenon of „organs traffic and human tissues”, comes from the wonder of real abuses linked with the scientific researches in this field.
