In the paper is reflected one of the most burning issues of functionality of democratic electoral system – the realization of voting right by starting, adolescent voters, who have the rare chance, even from the beginning: to fight not at close quarters, on barricades, shedding blood, but in a peaceful way, next to ballot boxes, civilized to gain not just the present, but also the future. The authors addressed this problem from the interdisciplinary point of view – psychological, juridical, social, and so on, foresee to concentrate later on psychological aspect.
