Rezumat

Managerial theory has as main purpose the determination of the modalities and the elaboration of the scientific algorithms generating organizational efficiency. Between managerial efficiency and economic efficiency there is a relationship of interdependence: managerial efficiency determines the economic efficiency of an enterprise, and economic efficiency, in turn, provides the primary premises necessary to achieve and perpetuate managerial efficiency. Companies that want performance, are aware that staff is the key factor in achieving managerial efficiency. In the Erasmus + ReSTART project study, the questioned Moldovan employers identified those characteristics and qualities that attest to their interest in promoting participatory management based on employee co-operation. At the same time, local employers are dissatisfied with the attitude of new employees towards the workplace, especially as regards tolerance of ambiguity, tenacity, hard work and perseverance. The causes of this discrepancy between expectations and reality, the lack of adequate feedback from young employees to employers' expectations lies in the imperfections and shortcomings in the system of local management, both nationally and organizational / company.
