Internal auditing is an attractive and important area in scientific research at present. The author of this paper aims to carry out an analysis of the internal audit activity in the corporate sector in the Republic of Moldova. Research includes determining the scope of internal auditing that would allow it to identify its operating perspectives. Also, an important place in the paper is the comparative examination of the level of study of internal audit at international level and, correspondingly at national level. At the same time, based on the study of advanced international practices of internal audit, the author examines the directions for analysis of the activity of the internal audit units in the corporate sector in the Republic of Moldova. |
