The level of development of the modern economy results from a constant process of investing in different forms. The dynamism of economic growth is largely due to the diversity of ways to invest, but also to the efficiency of this processes. Today’s investor has to put up with the constantly changing investing environment and is forced by the real contexts to adapt faster to the demands, to react very quicly and most importantly to act, to hold the quality of producing processes. At the same time, the government is forced to take a growing responsability in this area to ensure susteinable economic growth. In this article I will analize the conditions and decisive factors that lead to the founding of the decision to invest in Republic of Moldova, the competitivity of the economic environment, its influence on the investing decision and finally, on economic growth.
