International criminality is not a form of people with rich imagination, it is a reality that threatens to transform our lives into a nightmare. At present, all countries of the world, regardless of their level of development, face a real explosion of international crime, and the indifference of some states to this phenomenon could have adverse consequences.Recognizing the scale and the particular danger of international crime, the problem of preventing and counteracting it has begun to focus on supra-state fora, which, in stopping its expansion and development, have focused on regulating some forms of its activity by concluding regional agreements and international conventions |
