Association Agreement with the European Union of the Republic of Moldova has imposed the necessity to implement quality state policies by transposing directives and Community regulations. In order to increase objectivity, efficiency and reliability of decisions on performing controls, as well as the correct use of control resources, the efficiency of the control and state supervision of the entrepreneurial activity, implicitly of increasing the public benefit by maximizing the performance of the control bodies’ activity was the planning and the performance of the state market surveillance activity were used only on the basis of the risk analysis and within the limits of the checklist.
