| Rezumat | ||||||
The process of social protection harmonization is a difficult one, and due to the national interest it is impossible to standardize and unify these models. Thus, the child protection system has provided the basic positive condition for child rights. The basic values of the child protection are conditioned by the UN Convention on Child Rights. The principles of the present Convention are directed by three fundamental rights: the right for life, the right to take decision on his life, the right of free expression. In Republic of Moldova, the system of protection of the child in need will be functional when the child rights will be totally respected. |
