| Rezumat | ||||||
The article represents a study on the material object of the offence committed in the field of goods and service consumption. The author presents the opinions of different scientists on the discussed topic and endowers her critical attitude
regarding these opinions, through the prism of the national socio-juridical realities. The entities where the consumption market is projected and materialized, as an integrated social value protected by the penal law are analyzed. The article contains recommendations regarding the improving of the accusations in the mentioned domain, in order to assure a precise and concise description of the material object of the offences committed in the field of goods and services consumption. |
