The article contains an analysis of the international engagement of Republic of Moldova in the domain of fighting the illicit traffic of narcotic drugs and precursors. The author analyzes the four most important international documents referring to the counteracting of the illicit traffic of drugs (Republic of Moldova adhered to three of them): the Convention for the Repression of Illicit Traffic in Harmful Drugs the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, the Convention on psychotropic substances and the UN Convention against illicit traffic in narcotic drugs and psychotropic. As a result, the author concludes that the increasing affinity between the juridical norms of international vocation and the internal juridical norms referring to fighting against the illicit traffic of drugs consists in the value reciprocal insight of these two
norm categories. |
