Rezumat

The electrical energy will be used in the majority of areas of human leaving and has a set of specific properties. The increasing of electrical energy’s role in production and social life of society has brought to the permanent increasing of requirements to the quality of electrical energy and reliability of its delivery. The customers of the electric power are working optimum, when the consumed energy has the definite beforehand given parameters. The refore, the quality of electrical energy is determined by the set of the characteristics, when the customers are working normally and the parameters of issued production correspond the standards.
