Rezumat

The universal character of pesticide application is often preceded by insufficient knowing of the action and of the way of their insurance against their toxic effect. The problem is intensified by the fact that the negative action of pesticides on humans and the environment is manifested in a period of longer time. Pesticide exposure could affect the nervous system, increasing the risk of diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, and in children, ADHD (attention deficiency and hyperactivity). Long-term contact with pesticides it has toxic effects and can disrupting the function of various apparatus and systems of the human organism: the nervous system, endocrine, immune, reproductive, renal apparatus, the respiratory and cardiovascular system. There is ample evidence on the association between the pesticide exposure and the incidence of cronic diseases, including cancer, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, cardiovascular, renal and aging phenomenon in general. Dr. Mencinicopschi in his works remark that pesticides interferes with the body's hormonal system, can also be a major factor in causing hormone some cancers, including breast and prostate cancer. Assessment purposes the health status of the population in some localities of the country, statistical reports data were analyzed (10,000 population) by nosologic forms of the population in Cahul, Straseni and Briceni. At an average pesticide use intensity of 1.4 kg / ha and the result the estimate population morbidity in the studied regions have registered a taller frequency of circulatory diseases and respiratory diseases and digestive system, osteoarticular system. Thus, to study the factors which may lead to the emergence premorbid and morbid of conditions, developing preventive measures for population health and to optimize the activity of some categories of persons have applicative and social importance.
