The article presents the analysis of the structure and system of the institutional relations that have been formed between the ethno-cultural non-governmental organizations of Bulgarians in Ukraine and Bulgarian international organizations that act as strategic centers and coordinate the activity of a number of socio-cultural public organizations of Bulgarians in the world. The article focuses on the features of the process of institutionalization of Bulgarian ethnocultural group on the state and regional levels in Ukraine. It has been represented the analysis of the legislative framework of the activity of non-governmental organizations of Bulgarians in Ukraine. The article examines the factual and legal connection between the public organizations of Bulgarians on the international, All-Ukrainian and regional levels. |
