Today’s legal, curricular and pedagogical requirements involve formation of competences as finalities of the educational process. In case of foreign languages, communicative competences related to the studied language are targeted. When we speak of communicative competences, we mean free mastering of a language. Mastering a language requires knowledge of its basic compartments. Most researchers consider that the pronunciation is of primary importance. For an effective teaching of a language it is necessary to respect the principle of conscious acquisition of the studied material by applying a comparative and contrastive analysis of facts related to the native and studied languages. |
