In this article the author studies and analyzes the features of legal regulation and places a distribution agreement in the law of foreign countries. In particular the main problems that occur when legal regulations in the legislation of some foreign countries, as well as the possibilities of implementing certain norms of legislation of foreign countries in the legal system of the Republic of Moldova in order to regulate the distribution agreement. |
