| Rezumat | ||||||
Real estate market of the Republic of Moldova remains black, despite of its importance. The legalisation of capital on the real estate market should be priority objective for the government. The solution is possible through institutional reforms and changes in market regulations. It is impossible to legalize fully the market without changes in tax system that has to be built on the balance between the interests of private sector and government. |
