The main results of this work belongs to area of information technologies and can be used during creation of systems on identification of the material resources made of electroconductive materials, for example weapon, parts of machines, aircraft and other objects by which production electrochemical processing of metals is used. For obtaining on metallic surfaces of some drawings it is possible to use a method of electrochemical etching. For an intensification of process use in addition of other physical methods is possible (light, electronic, laser). Besides, additional influence is necessary for receiving an infinite set of not repeating tags. The way of receiving identification tags on an electroconductive object by means of laser radiation without movement of the laser was developed. It is carried out by drawing on a tag object in the course of electrochemical processing by a special electrode tool. Its feature is that over a translucent electrode in a flow of electrolyte install the angular reflector suspended at least on two suspenders to the additional channel of electrolyte. In it in front of the reflector turbulizers are established, the laser is installed parallel to a translucent metal layer, and the angular reflector is installed with a possibility of a deviation of a laser beam under the influence of an electrolyte flow. In a flow the angular reflector fluctuates, and the laser beam in a random way moves on a surface of the processed part, thanks to freely fixed reflector and turbulizers in an electrolyte flow. Necessary vibration amplitude of the reflector is received by adjustment of volume of the pumped-over electrolyte, the place and the sizes of turbulizers. In places of hit of a laser beam process of electrochemical processing goes on the processed surface more intensively. The chaotic picture is created. After obtaining an individual matrix apply on an identification tag with the engraving or needle striking digital machine a digital code of a tag and a grid chart, scan a surface and at the same time enter a digital code with an individual matrix into the database. Identification is carried out by comparison of digital codes and coincidence of individual matrixes. If the identification number on a product has the individual matrix which is not matching the identification number, that product is recognized as counterfeit products. Technical result of application of the offered way is simplification of process of drawing identification tags, thanks to lack of a difficult random number generator and the system of a deviation of the laser. |
