Sunt prezentate măsurile întreprinse în Republica Moldova, în perioada 1993-2017, pentru edifi carea societăţii bazate pe cunoaștere, promovarea calităţii în sfera ştiinţei şi inovării şi în cea a pregătirii cadrelor ştiinţifi ce, pilonii principali ai dezvoltării durabile a societăţii, utilizarea instrumentelor informatice pentru evaluarea activităţii CDI. Autorul evidenţiază părţile forte și cele slabe ale procesului, imixtiunea factorului politic, propunând soluţii pentru ameliorarea situaţiei în domeniul dat, prin diversifi carea și amplificarea f nanţării, modificarea actelor normative.  

The measures undertaken in the Republic of Moldova, during the period 1993-2017, for the building of the knowledgebased society, the promotion of the quality in the field of science and innovations and training of the scientific staff , the main pillars of the sustainable development of the society, the use of the IT tools for the evaluation of the RDI activity are presented. The author highlights the resilient and vulnerable sides of the process, the interference of the political factor, proposing solutions for improving the situation in the given field, diversifying and amplifying the financing, modifying the normative acts.

Представлены меры, предпринимаемые Республикой Молдова в период с 1993 по 2017 года для формирования общества, основанного на знаниях, продвижения качества в области науки и инноваций и в сфере подготовки научных кадров, что является основой основ устойчивого развития общества, а также говорится об использовании информационных инструментов для оценки научных исследований, разработок и инновационной деятельности. Автор обращает внимание на устойчивые и уязвимые стороны процесса, вмешательство политического фактора, предлагая решения для улучшения ситуации в данной области путем диверсификации и увеличения финансирования, внесения изменений в нормативные акты.
