Communication and culture had become two strategic concepts for postmodern thinking. The new communication channels come with a significant impact on a person’s cultural horizon. On the other hand, the same person, through a communication process, tends to express feelings, emotions, and cultural experiences. Communication, being the defining component of mankind’s circuit of existence, contributes substantially to the cultural product distribution at an international level. The subject is determined that, currently, the cultural phenomenon hangs in the balance. Culture tends to preserve, save and pass on both the social and cognitive experience, which dominates the forms and structures which express the self-awareness of a society, designing the different mechanisms and systems that traverse the route to a human creation affirmation.
