The methodological and specialized assistance is directed at the development and improvement of the activity of the library, assimilation and deployment of the innovations, the implementation in practice of several new forms and methods and on the continuous professional development of the librarians. The importance given to the study of innovational activities derives from the fact that, the innovational changes presume a methodological approach based on the conscious mind of the necessity of innovations and on determining the objectives of the desired changes, creation of innovational environment and potential, the development of documents that would regulate the potential activity and the evaluation criterions of the innovational activity efficiency in libraries. |
