The international trade contract is the basic instrument for the developing of international cooperation. For a proper performance of the contract is necessary that the parties are familiar with their rights and obligations. Institution of non-performance and the effects of it has the objective to present the parties the remedies they can use in case of the contract violation, not depending which law is applicable to the contract. Thus, the process of unification of the legislation and adjusting it to the european standards becomes important. |
