The real rights were always a part of the civil vast sphere of reglementation. Thus said real rights occupy a determined place besides other institutions of civil law. When talking about real rights there should be specified the main real right that is identified as the right of ownership. With the absolute history of this institution there were various problems touched upon the existence of the rights and different acceptions up the method of treatment of the relationships developed by it. |
