Rezumat

The study is focused on the development of the ICT educational system in Belarus providing the analysis of the main stakeholders involved in this process: schools, Universities and training centers. It contributes to the existing literature on the development of ICT educational system in transition/developing economies in general and on the ICT educational system in Belarus in particular.
