In this article, the authors disclose one of the most important topics of modern civil legal proceedings - the institution of mediation. Mediation in the civil process is a young and modern institution in the Republic of Moldova and is at the stage of implementation and gradual implementation. However, at the present time this institution has not been fully explored in the science of the civil process, so many questions arise. In particular, the issues of the manifestation of the principles of the civil process in the mediation process have not been investigated. In this regard, it is necessary to conduct a scientific study of the features of the manifestation of the principles of mediation in the civil process of the Republic of Moldova. |
