During the last 10 years, the hospitals from the Republic of Moldova have received at least 20 billion of lei from the funds of CHI. Even if the amount of money allocated to hospitals is increasing, then the level of transparency of usage of public money will decrease. Moldavian hospitals, have got used to manage money, without reporting what they do, even if they are speaking about public money. According to the analysis of Sănătate INFO, no republican hospital did publish full financial information, by which we can observe how public money managed and its aim. If private hospitals should publish data about the resources, which they receive through the contact with NHIC, then all public institutions should present detailed information about the sources of revenues, which they are manage. |
