The development and practical application of the project-program approach in the field of inclusive education transforms the professional specialization of didactic personnel. The article deals with the problem of essence and structure of the didactic personnel’s project culture. The structural components of the didactic personnel’s project culture: activity-based thinking, activity, personal and social are distinguished. The practical implementation of the didactic personnel’s project culture is shown in the development of the conceptual foundations of elementary physical education for pupils with special educational needs. |
