Rezumat

The article considers inclusive education as a priority direction for improving national education systems. Legal guarantees for students with peculiarities of psychophysical development and conditions for implementing inclusive approaches to the education system of the Republic of Belarus are analyzed. One of the mechanisms for increasing the level of professional competence of educators of educational institutions that are ready to work in conditions of inclusion and the way of professional and personal self-development of teachers in the system of additional adult education is disclosed.
