Autorul oferă explicații pertinente pe marginea următoarelor chestiuni legate de fotbal: cine are dreptul de difuzare a meciurilor de fotbal nemijlocit pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova?; in ce temei are loc difuzarea?; localurile in care se difuzează meciurile de fotbal (pub-uri, baruri etc.) au nevoie de permisiune pentru difuzarea meciurilor?; difuzarea presupune achitarea vreunei plăți? etc. In acest context, se subliniază că inregistrarea și difuzarea evenimentelor sportive dau naștere unor drepturi de proprietate intelectuală, inclusiv in domeniul dreptului de autor și drepturilor conexe, și anume drepturile de autor asupra operei cinematografice (film), precum și o serie de drepturi conexe in ce privește inregistrarea și difuzarea inregistrării audiovizuale a evenimentului sportiv. Protecția evenimentelor sportive prin legi și reglementări specifice privind sportul și drepturile organizatorilor evenimentelor sportive este necesară pentru promovarea funcției sociale și educative a sportului..  

The author offers relevant explanations on the following issues related to football: Who has the right to broadcast football matches directly on the territory of the Republic of Moldova?; On what grounds does the broadcast take place?; Do the premises where football matches (pubs, bars, etc.) are broadcasted need permission to broadcast matches? Does the broadcast require any payment?, etc. In this context, it is stressed that the recording and broadcasting of sporting events give rise to intellectual property rights, including in the field of copyright and related rights, namely copyright on cinematographic work (film), as well as a series of related rights concerning the recording and broadcasting of the audiovisual recording of the sporting event. The protection of sporting events through specific laws and regulations on sport and the rights of organizers of sporting events are necessary to promote the social and educational function of sport

Автор дает соответствующие разъяснения по вопросам, связанным с футболом: кто имеет право на трансляцию футбольных матчей непосредственно на территории Республики Молдова?; на каком основании происходит трансляция?; нуждаются ли заведения (пабы, бары и др.), в которых транслируются футбольные матчи, в соответствующем разрешении?; подразумевает ли трансляция уплату какого-либо сбора? и т.д. В данном контексте подчеркивается, что запись и трансляция спортивных мероприятий обуславливают возникновению прав интеллектуальной собственности, в том числе в области авторского права и смежных прав, а именно авторские права на кинематографическое произведение (фильм), а также целый ряд смежных прав в том, что касается записи и трансляции аудиовизуальной записи спортивного мероприятия. Для развития и реализации социальной воспитательной функции спорта необходима охрана спортивных мероприятий законами и особыми положениями о спорте и правах организаторов спортивных мероприятий.
